Products & Materials
All MarbleSinkCo products are hand-carved from natural marble and travertine. Due to the natural characteristics of stone, each piece has unique veining, color variations, and markings. These are inherent features of natural stone and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; your piece may vary slightly in appearance.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once production has begun. We provide detailed drawings and stone selection photos for approval before carving starts. Custom orders typically require 4-8 weeks for production plus shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using custom wooden crating with full insurance. Free shipping is available on orders over $2,000. Delivery times vary by destination: typically 2-4 weeks for international orders. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made products are non-returnable. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full replacement or refund.
Warranty
All MarbleSinkCo products carry a structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural stone requires proper care and maintenance; damage from improper use, installation, or maintenance is not covered. Refer to our care guide for maintenance instructions.
